Gathering information, requirements, and other data that we need in order to make informed decisions later. This could include client briefs, user workshops, structured mapping and user-journey processes – depending on the requirements and budget. We will look to gather constraints and impose creative limits (budget / audience / features).
We will look into stylesheets, moodboards and existing websites that have a similar user profile, and use this research to inform future creative decisions.
We begin to sketch and wireframe so we can start to understand how all the data and information that has been collected may impact the design. We will consider the existing branding for digital use, including working through accessible colour-schemes and typefaces, to create UX wireframes and initial visual designs for the site, focussing on mobile, tablet and desktop.

Through the sign-off structure, which we will outline in a project timeline, as well as the additional user workshops and co-design stages (if required) we will complete a finalised design for the website.
